Managing Director

My experience in domiciliary care dates back to 2001, where I started out as a Healthcare Assistant and Recruitment Consultant and then worked my way up to Compliance Manager and then Operations Director/Co-Owner. I have had the pleasure of managing large office teams, as well as clinical staff of 1000+ within the NHS trusts and the community, looking after service users with complex care needs needing 24hr nursing care. I also assisted in the acquisition of an independent low/medium secure mental health facility which merged into my existing care home business

I wish to focus on domiciliary care as I believe that is where my true passion lies. My Father recently suffered a stroke and at present I am his sole care giver, this experience reminded me of the face to face contact I experienced all those years ago in domiciliary care. The immediate gratification you receive from helping those you look after, seeing the positive improvement over time, and just how much your time and effort impacts others in such a positive way – whether it’s personal care or simply a pop to the shops. Seeing our service users and their families interactions with their support workers and nurses, are some of the most vivid memories I have in healthcare.
